Our extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is designed to support school staff at all stages of their career, to enhance and broaden their professional knowledge, skills and expertise, whilst also improving pupils’ learning experiences and achievements. Based on national and local education initiatives and also areas identified by schools, the CPD programme is designed to support individuals’ needs and improve professional practice

Although we predominantly provide effective CPD services to schools in Essex we also offer our services to schools in other authorities

	Reading for Life: the Essex Reading Conference - 27 February 2012 The Essex English Team are once more running an exciting day packed with a variety of workshops and activities; these will explore ways of engaging students in reading whilst accelerating progress.
